Fast Track Trading (FTT) has outlined an ambitious timeline to enhance its platform and services over the coming weeks.
As of Friday 12th July 2024, Phase 1 and Phase 2 have been combined as Live Support Chat has not been implemented from Phase 1, and Rise from Phase 2 has been implemented, so we decided that the best option was to combine Phase 1 and 2, which should end Thursday August 1st 2024.
Phase 3 should be over by Thursday August 15th 2024.

All features that are crossed out in grey have already been implemented.
Here’s a breakdown of what each phase includes:

2-3 Weeks: Phase I & 2 – 30% off

• Improved Provisioning: Orders will be processed in less than 2 hours from payment receipt, ensuring quicker access to trading tools and resources.
• New Website Features:
  • Improved Checkout Process: Streamlined billing and account information management.
  • Trade Credentials: Enhanced accessibility to trade credentials.
  • FAQ Section: Expanded with comprehensive answers to common queries.
• Live Support Chat: Introduction of a live chat feature on the new website, allowing traders to receive real-time assistance from the support team.
• Tradovate & Ninjatrader: Full deployment of these trading platforms, providing traders with additional options for trading. You will be able to switch your accounts between Rithmic and Tradovate depending on your personal preference.
• Plaid Integration:
  • Beta Deployment and Testing: Initial rollout and testing phase for Plaid integration.
• Rise Onboarding: Complete integration of KYC (Know Your Customer) and payment provider services, ensuring seamless verification and payment processes.
• Trade History Access: Introduction of 5 and 10-day trade history availability on the website, offering enhanced transparency and analytics for traders.

1-2 Weeks: Phase III – 10% off

• Credit Card Acceptance: Full deployment of credit card acceptance capabilities, providing more convenient payment options for traders.
• Plaid Optimization: Continued deployment and optimization of Plaid integration, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
• Dashboarding: Implementation of analytics and dashboarding features, offering traders insightful data visualization tools for better decision-making.
