Resetting Your Password for the New FTT Website

With the release of our new website, Fast Track Trading (FTT) had to reset everyone’s password for security purposes. A temporary password was sent to your email. Some users have expressed concerns about the email, thinking it might be a hacking attempt. Rest assured, this email is legitimate and essential for accessing your account.

Steps to Update Your Password

1. Check Your Email for the Temporary Password
   • Look for an email from [email protected] containing your temporary password. This is not a scam email; it is necessary for your account update.
     
     
2. Log In to Your Fast Track Trading Account
   • Use the temporary password provided in the email to log in to your Fast Track Trading account on the new website.
     
     
3. Access Account Details Page
   • Once logged in, navigate to “Your Profile” page.
     
     
4. Update Your Password
   • On the “Your Profile” page, enter the temporary password in the “Current Password” box.
   • Create a new password of your choice and enter it in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” boxes.
   • Save your changes.
     
     
5. Complete the Process
   • After saving, your password is updated, and you can continue using your Fast Track Trading account as usual.

Do not worry if you see the email regarding the temporary password. It is part of our security measures following the website update. Simply follow the steps outlined above to update your password and secure your account.
